The campaign was tailored for a specific audience: young professionals (ages 28–35) with demanding schedules who seek natural ways to manage stress. By understanding Wendy’s pain points, high stress levels and a preference for ethically sourced products, I crafted a message that resonates with her lifestyle and self-care goals.
Strategic Methodology
- Buyer’s Journey Alignment: The email was strategically positioned for the Consideration/Evaluation stage. These leads had already shown interest, and the goal was to deepen the relationship and highlight the unique benefits of the product compared to competitors.
- Copywriting & Personalization: I developed a compelling subject line ("Your Moment of Calm: Unwind with Lavender Citrus") designed to evoke immediate emotional resonance. The copy focused on "soothing language" to align with the product’s core benefit.
- Engagement & Conversion: The campaign integrated social proof and a clear call to action (CTA) to encourage a confident first purchase, ensuring the brand remains top-of-mind during the consumer’s decision-making process.

The focus was on the launch of "Lavender Citrus Calm," a product designed for stress relief. The objective was to move leads from the consideration phase to their first purchase by providing a balance of value, soothing storytelling, and social proof.
